I love what I do since starting my career in Dubai 25 years ago. I am a brand advocate and have a deep passion to drive consumer experience through insights & digital transformation. 

I am currently the Head of Marketing for HMD Global (The Home of Nokia Phones) leading an exceptional team of resilient marketers. I was awarded the “Most Influential Global Marketing Leader” in 2019 for my leadership & passion for the marketing field by World Marketing Congress.

2016 – Present
Head of Marketing

Pioneered and implemented revamped communication strategy executing marketing campaign to reach top five market share in targeted countries. Heading E-commerce project for MENA markets together with cross-functional partners to manage business planning, content strategy, promotional campaign & online marketing. Managed e-Commerce branded store set-up, channel fulfillment, and investment to achieve 150% sales growth and 55% Share of Voice.

2014 – 2016
Head of Marketing Planning

Collaborated with key partners on joint marketing campaigns generating market share and price band portfolio. Orchestrated "Go-to-Market" strategy implementing guidance/transformation projects in a highly complex matrix organization. Generated 11% market share for target price band through national-level promotion.

Senior Channel Marketing Manager

Coordinated retail marketing strategies, processes, and guidelines across sales units. Implemented cross-functional strategic initiatives focused on consumer savings "Winning at Retail" WAR program. Managed GTM program from retail, consumer, and marketing operations platforms.

Managed cross-functional team in the development of business/marketing for the Middle East and North African Region. Executed product transformation throughout Pan Middle East and surrounding countries. Developed consumer imaging business from $80M to $180M (U.S.) over three years.
